The Center of Innovation for Manufacturing offers Instrumentation and Controls training for technicians and advanced operators of ammonia refrigeration systems:
    • Valves and refrigerant controls
• Electromechanical motor controls
• Ladder Diagrams
• Instrumentation for monitoring and measurement
• Programmable Logic Controller Systems
• Data transmission methods and hardware
• Proportional (PID) control methods
The Center presently supports three (3) PLC manufacturers' paltforms:
    • Allen-Bradley/Rockwell
     - SLC-500 & Micrologix with RSLogix 500
     - ControLogix 5000 Series with RSLogix 5000
     - PLC 5, PICO, etc. ~ on request
• Mitsubishi
     - Q-Series/Motion with GX Developer
• Siemens
     - S 7/300 with Step 7
