| Qualifications |
| Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and working with the public in a customer service environment. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must have extensive knowledge of Worldpoint One software for AHA TC management and be detailed oriented. Must be tactful in dealing with people, provide good customer service, and display positive interpersonal skills in varied situations. Experience in scheduling and proctoring Commercial and Structural Pest management testing and Georgia Certified WorkReady assessment testing is preferred. |

| Possess a high school diploma or GED. Postsecondary training preferred. |

| Responsibilities |
| Under general supervision, performs a variety of administrative functions to maintain the Southeast division of the American Heart Association Training Center via the Economic Development department of Lanier Technical College. Performs and completes administrative tasks and assignments related to the AHA Community Training Center; maintains filing and record-keeping systems and reference manuals/materials to comply with AHA guidelines; and serves as a communications link between AHA Community Training Center and internal and external contacts. |
