| Qualifications |
| Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and working with the public in a customer service environment. Postsecondary training and work experience using a student information system such as BANNER and proficiency in Spanish is desired. |

| Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required; postsecondary training preferred. |

| Responsibilities |
| This full-time position will provide clerical support to the Registrar’s Office and will be responsible for data input and generating printed and/or electronic records or reports. Additional job duties include but are not limited to the following: Customer service to include students, staff, and general public; assisting with registration, graduation, recruitment, and other special events; student record management; document scanning and indexing; and providing support by traveling to other Lanier Technical College campuses, when classes are in session. Other duties may be assigned by supervisor. |
