Career Counseling is provided to students and alumni through self-assessment electronic evaluations as well as career exploration and decision-making through individual appointments. Career Services staff will assist you in formulating and implementing career paths reflecting the quality of your educational background and personal Values.
GCIS and GA College 411 are interactive computer guidance systems which provide opportunities to identify and research appropriate careers, related programs of study, as well as colleges and universities who offer the related programs. They help to measure personality dispositions, preferences, and interests to assist students and alumni in making quality career-related decisions. These tests can be taken online without assistance from Career Services. Once the test is taken and the results are given, the Career Services Office will go over the results with the student and assist in guiding towards the proper career path.
