To request your Lanier Tech transcript, please complete the
Transcript Request Form
and turn it in to the Student Affairs Office at any of our five campuses. Or you can mail it in to:

THERE IS A $5 PER COPY FEE FOR ALL OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS.
This can be paid in person, by check or money order via mail, or over the telephone with our business office at (770) 531.6099.
Unofficial transcripts can be printed through each student’s
