If you only missed one quarter you do not have to submit this form, get with your Advisor for advisement then you should be able to register.

As a re-entry student (into the same program), you may be eligible to register during returning student registration if your form is submitted by the deadline. Forms received after the deadline will be processed for Open Registration or Late Registration (with a $30 late fee assessed).

Processing will take a minimum of two weeks. Please check BANNER Web at www.laniertech.edu for your status. Login to your account and go to “Admissions, Student & Financial Aid”. Go to “Student Records” and then “View Student Records”. It will display the program of study you are accepted into.

  Degree seeking students - degree programs are not eligible to receive HOPE Grant funding. Students applying for Radiology Tech or Clinical Laboratory Tech Degree programs will be placed in the Healthcare Science Certificate to take the core classes required for selection consideration into the program and these students may apply for the HOPE Grant while in this certificate. Students selected for Radiology Tech or Clinical Laboratory Tech should contact the Financial Aid Office for HOPE Scholarship eligibility requirements.
