The College shall follow the procedures established by the State Accounting Office and the Office of Treasury and Fiscal Services when establishing all bank accounts. All funds shall be deposited in institutions approved by the Office of State Treasury. All accounts for the College, including those for special projects and College-sponsored activities, shall be established only by approval of the President and Vice President for Administrative Services.
