5.1.3lp1 Instructor Absences

In the event that an instructor is unable to meet a scheduled class, he/she must contact the appropriate Dean at least one (1) hour prior to class time to allow timely notification to students. If the dean is not available, inform the Vice President of Academic Affairs at (770) 533-6921. Special instructions for assignments, independent study, group projects, and test postponements must be given at this time.
