The Registrar's office maintains a permanent record on all students which includes admissions data, educational record, and termination status. In keeping with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (1974), they maintain the confidentiality of personal and academic records. Upon written request, they issue transcripts which detail academic history and transfer credit. In conjunction with program advisors, the Registrar's staff advises students on academic, transfer, and graduation issues.
