3.1.17(p) LTC Fund-Raising Procedure

All LTC fund-raising activities must be approved following the procedure below prior to commencement of fund-raising activities.
- Club/organization officer/individual organizer will complete the Fundraising Request Form
- Club/organization advisor(s) must approve fundraiser by signing request and submitting to appropriate Vice President (see organizational chart)
- Vice President will approve Fund-Raising Request Form and complete how event relates to Mission and/or Expanded Statement of Purpose of the College
- Vice President will submit completed request to President for final approval
- President will approve the Fund-Raising Request Form
- President's Office will notify club/organization advisor or individual organizer of approval via email
- President's Office will maintain the file of all approved fundraising requests
