The first step is to create your account. You need a valid email address to verify your account.
Now you have created an account, you will need to log back in to complete the application.
When you finish, you will see a page with checklist items. These are additional documents provided on the website for you to download, complete, sign, and upload. Please note that some documents may require you to print out and reupload. If you are 18 or older, one document also requires a notary public.
These documents should be downloaded and printed so you can sign them. When complete, you can scan or photograph the documents for upload. Note that only one photo/scan can be used per item. If you have multiple pages to submit under any single item, you may need to either convert those pages into one PDF file or take a photo of all the documents in a single photograph.
If you do not hear from us within two business days, please call or email your class location to make an appointment for a pre-test and bring your ID with you. Please remember, we cannot contact you if you do not check your email, answer your phone, your voicemail is full, or your voicemail is not set up. If you call us but do not get a response, please wait and leave a message with your name and phone number. Our phones do not show caller ID accurately.
