- You should hear back regarding next steps for your placement assessment appointment. When you come in for the appointment, also bring your corresponding identification documents and any other documentation that is requested.
- If you do not hear from us within two business days, please call or email your class location to make an appointment for a pre-test and bring your ID with you. Please remember, we cannot contact you if you do not check your email, answer your phone, your voicemail is full, or your voicemail is not set up. If you call us but do not get a response, please wait and leave a message with your name and phone number. Our phones do not show caller ID accurately.
- If you have any problems with the registration process, contact us by email or phone number by clicking “class location” above and we can help you register at the center.
