Lanier Technical College's Continuing Education AHA offerings provide training classes to meet a wide variety of required certifications. The training center is responsible for the administration and quality assurance of Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) courses.

As the local American Heart Association (AHA) Training Center, Lanier Technical College offers the following courses and services:
  • BLS Provider
  • Heartsaver First Aid/CPR/AED
  • BLS Instructor
  • Referrals for Skills Check Off
  • AHA instructor support
  • Electronic card processing of course completion and instructor eCards
New Instructors
  • Instructor Application
  • Monitoring Form
  • Copy of current Provider Card
  • Certificate of completion from Instructor Essentials Online (2020 Guidelines) course at (certificate requirement waived if instructor candidate attends BLS Instructor class scheduled 7/26/2021 or later at Training Center)

Transferring Instructors:
Transfer Requests FROM another Training Center: Email your full name and current instructor ID # to Your request will be reviewed and the Instructor Records Transfer Request form will be sent to you to send to your current Training Center.
Transfer Requests TO another Training Center: Contact the new Training Center to initiate your transfer process. Forward the completed Instructor Records Transfer Request form to for processing.
