Today’s new record exceeds the old record of 4,432 students reached in Fall Quarter 2010, during the height of the recession. Nearly 2,700 new students arrived on the College’s five campuses today and joined more than 1,900 returning students to set the new enrollment record.

Dr. Ray Perren, President of Lanier Technical College remarked about today’s record, “We are thrilled with our enrollment growth, and we are especially pleased that the record enrollment is across all of the College’s five campuses.

Today’s record setting enrollment is an indication of the great support that the College receives from all of the communities that we serve; community support that we greatly appreciate. Community support is instrumental in helping us get out the message of the great opportunities provided by technical education.
